BOLA TINUBU'S DAUGHTER BECOMES THE NEW IYALOJA OF LAGOS

Yesterday, Folashade Tinubu Ojo, the first daughter of the former
Governor of Lagos state, Ahmed Bola Tinubu was crowned as the new
Iyaloja of Lagos, and the president general of the market men and
women of Nigeria.
The new Iyaloja took over from the late grandmother, Habibat
Mogaji, who died in June 2013.
The installation ceremony took place at the palace of the oba of
Lagos, Oba Rilwan Akiolu 1. It was indeed a colourful event.
Markets all over Lagos were shut down in honour of the new
Iyaloja. Before her new position, the new Iyaloja was the deputy
president general of the market men and women.

IS JIM IYKE TRULY RELOCATING TO GHANA?

 

Nollywood self acclaimed bad boy Jim Iyke is reportedly planning to
relocate to the home country of his fiancéé, Nadia Buari.
According to reports, the born again actor is gradually settling
down in the city of Accra, and is seriously looking for a house to
buy.
After his spiritual deliverance saga, the actor has gone back to
work. He is on the set of a new Gollywood movie titled 'And love comes
around'.
Also, there are speculations that he is planning to tie the
knot soon with his beautiful Ghana actress, Nadia Buari.

NOLLYWOOD YORUBA ACTRESS, JANET ATAYERO OLUSEYE DIES

Tragic period of Nollywood celebrities deaths continues. The beautiful
actress named Janet Atayero Oluseye, who used to be one of the
prominent faces of Yoruba genre of Nollywood, has passed away.
Janet, who got married just a year ago, to Olalekan Oluseye, died
at the age of 32 on Wednesday 23th of October, 2013.
The member of Association of Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioner
(ANTP), Ibadan chapter was with the Ojopagogo movie caucus in Ibadan
until her death.
She was said to have complained of pains on her foot and couldn't walk
with it for months and subsequently her condition deteriorated even
though she was treated in the hospital and some spiritual measures.
However,Janet Atayero Oluseye didn't survive and was buried in Lagos,
the same day she died.
