a close friend after he was shown a property to buy.
On falling in love with the property, Mikel Obi gave
the alleged friend a check of N100m to purchase it
for him (Mikel).
Everything went on as planned until the supposed
friend cashed out the money and disappeared into
thin air.
Confirming the story, a close source says "Mikel
still finds it difficult to believe, they were very
close…the so-called friend is no longer seen in town
and his phone numbers have been unreachable.
