CHOCOLATE CITY FILES A COURT INJUNCTION AGAINST BRYMO

These are definitely not the best of times for Olawale Ashimi, popularly known as Brymo, who alledgedly pulled out of the contract he signed with his record label chocolate city, before the actual time. This didn't go down well with the former record label chocolate city, as their law firm
L&A Legal consultants got an injunction against him for breach of contract.

According to the contract signed by both parties, the Ara crooner is supposed to remain with the record label until his contract finally expires in 2016.
The legal consultants representing his former record label chocolate city on Monday, October 21st, got an injunction against Brymo, "restraining him from recording, releasing, distributing any composition, song, musical works or carrying out any activity as a recording or performing artist through, or for the benefit of any person or organisation other than chocolate city", pending the determination of the suit against him.
Brymo who for unknown reasons decided to pull out of his recording
contract deal with his former record label, was apparently in the dark over some aspects of the contract signed with chocolate city.
However, the law suit filed against him, means that Brymo cannot function as an artist except he settles amicably with his employers.
I sincerely hope they resolve this problem between them soon because i'm one of those looking out for new songs from Brymo.
