Edo state governor, comrade Adams Oshiomole yesterday signed the death
penalty bill on convicted kidnappers in the state.
The law, which is an amendment of the previous one, also stipulates
that anyone aiding and abetting kidnappers in anyway is liable to the
same penalty, and premises where victims of kidnapping were kept would
be demolished.
